Birthdays are better with something sweet. So from 15 October, we are adding a small Nice Cream to yours.
If you are an Aubergine Rewards member, a small Nice Cream, in any flavor, is waiting for you on your birthday. It’s a small thing, and we hope it makes the day a little nicer.
How it works
On the morning of your birthday, your reward arrives in your Aubergine app and in your inbox. You then have 14 days to use it. Pick any flavor you like.
One thing to check first
Your reward finds you through your birthday, so we would like to be sure we have it. Please take a minute to make sure your date of birth is saved in your Aubergine account.
In the app, go to More, then Settings, then Date of birth.
If it’s there, you’re all set. If it’s empty, add it now. Please double-check the date before you save, as it can’t be changed afterward.
How to redeem
1. Join Aubergine Rewards.
Sign up in the app or online, and include your birthday when you do. Already a member? Check More > Settings > Date of birth, as above.
2. Order a small Nice Cream.
On your birthday, add a small Nice Cream to your order. You can do this in the app, online, or in person.
3. Apply your offer.
In the app or online, select “Apply offer” at checkout. In person, the offer applies right away, so there is nothing to tap.
A few quick answers
Where can I use it?
In the app, online, or in person at Aubergine Kitchen.
I don’t see my reward. What should I check?

How long do I have?
14 days from your birthday.
We love a reason to celebrate with our guests. Yours is as good as any.
Happy birthday, in advance.
Isn’t my birthday October 25 already in the rewards?
Hi Christine! Thank you for being part of Aubergine Rewards. Your birthday reward is a small nice cream in any flavor. It becomes available on your birthday and arrives first thing that morning by email and in your app inbox. It’s good for 14 days, and you’ll need to be signed in to your Rewards account to use it.
