Everything we serve is made from scratch, with love, everyday. This way, we don’t need to rely on canned food or added preservatives. You know exactly what you’re getting.

Here’s a trade secret: we don’t even own a deep fryer. There are other ways to achieve incredible flavor and texture that don’t involve an excess of unhealthy fats. We bake and roast to perfection, but we’ll never fry.

Never ever seed oils

We acknowledge that not all fats are created equally. Some fats are advantageous for overall health, such as those found in seeds and nuts which are rich in heart-healthy unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and essential nutrients. On the other hand, consuming trans fats and other unhealthy fats can be detrimental to health. We cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil.
