Eat your skincare
There’s a phrase we keep coming back to this summer: eat your skincare.
It sounds like a slogan. It’s closer to a description of how skin actually works. Elasticity, hydration, and tone are built from what our body has to work with, and no serum reaches the layer where that happens. Food does.
The Strawberry Glow is what happens when you build a smoothie around that idea instead of around a flavor.
Five ingredients, chosen on purpose
Collagen — the protein that gives skin its structure and bounce. Your body makes less of it as you age; this puts some back.
Sea moss — mineral-rich, and the reason this smoothie is thicker than it looks. Traditionally used for hydration, which is the least glamorous and most important part of how skin behaves.
Strawberries — vitamin C, which your body needs in order to make collagen of its own. That’s the pairing worth noticing: collagen going in, and the vitamin C that helps you produce your own. One supports the other.
Avocado — healthy fats and vitamin E. Fat is what carries fat-soluble vitamins where they need to go, so this isn’t just for texture. Though it does make the texture excellent.
Monk fruit — sweetness with no added sugar. Which brings us to the part most smoothies get wrong.
The sugar problem
Most smoothies marketed for skin are sugar in a cup.
That matters more than it sounds. Sugar is not neutral for skin — and a drink that delivers vitamin C alongside a load of added sugar is working against itself.
So we sweeten with monk fruit. It’s a small green gourd grown in southern China, called luo han guo, and its sweetness comes from compounds called mogrosides rather than from sugar. Roughly 250 times sweeter than sugar, with no glycemic impact.
The way we say it internally: the good kind of sweetness your skin won’t pay for later.
What it actually tastes like
Bright, and much creamier than a strawberry smoothie usually is.
The avocado does that — it turns what would be a thin, tart fruit blend into something closer to soft-serve. Strawberry stays the front note. The sea moss and collagen are invisible; you’d never find them by taste.
It doesn’t taste “healthy.” It just is.
Focused on ingredients
Everything on our menu is made from scratch, in our own kitchens, without seed oils and without added sugar. Nothing is fried.
A drink you order because it’s good for you should also be good, full stop. That’s the whole brief.
The Strawberry Glow is on the menu at every location.
