One of our biggest goals at Aubergine Kitchen is to bring delicious and healthy food to people everywhere. As we were looking to expand our number of locations, back in 2019, the community in Riverton, Utah stood out to us for a number of reasons. We found that it was in the center of a growing and family-friendly community and we loved the natural feel of the surrounding landscape.
We wanted to be close to the communities of Riverton and Herriman, but we also wanted to reach our customer base in South Jordan, West Jordan, and Eagle Mountain. We know that the people in these communities are looking for ways to be healthy, and that the local health trends would be a great support to the values that we hold at Aubergine Kitchen.
Our Riverton location has several unique and interesting features. First, we have an outdoor patio with great seating for the warmer months of the year. It is surrounded by bright flowers and shaded with large umbrellas for comfort and sun protection. There are many plants and greenery surrounding the space that make it inviting and beautiful!
Inside, we have carefully selected the lighting, tables and chairs to make it beautiful, bright and welcoming for you, your friends and your family to enjoy! It is very important to us that the inside of our stores are welcoming and a place where you feel that you can come and relax, and enjoy your meal.
