9. Text Messages (SMS). Aubergine & Company, Corp., doing business as Aubergine Kitchen, sends text messages to customers who place a catering order with us.

What we send. When you place a catering order and give us your mobile number as the contact for that order, we may text you about that order. We confirm the date, delivery time and address. We send delivery updates. We ask questions we need answered to fill the order correctly. These are service messages about your order. We do not send marketing or promotional texts from our catering number.

What we collect. We collect your mobile number, the messages we exchange, and the time each message was sent and received. We use this only to fill and support your order and to keep a record of it.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time and we stop texting that number right away. Reply HELP for help, or contact us about your catering order at catering@auberginekitchen.com or (801) 210-0033. For anything that is not about a catering order, email care@auberginekitchen.com, call (801) 210-1377 to leave a message for our corporate team, or call our main number at (801) 477-6426. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your order.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use service providers, such as our text message provider, only to deliver messages for us.
