The beginning of 2023 is as good a time as any to abandon unhealthy habits and instigate healthy New Year resolutions that will promote healthier, and more sustainable lifestyles. We believe that shifting to a whole, clean foods diet can drastically improve overall health, and we want to help facilitate these positive changes. On the surface, Aubergine Kitchen is a restaurant company—we serve food that possesses maximum nutrients and incredible flavor. Beyond our aptitude for serving delicious and healthy food, the core purpose behind everything we do is to change lives through healthy eating.
Anecdotal Evidence
Earlier this year, we conducted an experiment with research biologist, Dr. Josh Redd, who hypothesized that a shift in diet to whole, clean foods would drastically improve a number of key indicators for his patient’s health. Dr. Redd challenged his patient, Brian, to eat at Aubergine Kitchen exclusively for 30 days. Everything served at Aubergine Kitchen is made with fresh, unprocessed, and unrefined ingredients. These standards are critical for disease prevention and overall health. The results of the experiment were astounding, and are a testament to the impact that a clean, whole foods diet can have on one’s overall health. In an effort to spread the important message from this project to as many people as possible, we created a short, documentary-style film that follows the experiment from beginning to end entitled, The Aubergine Experiment.
Beyond this instance that we were able to document, we get countless messages from loyal customers with tales of improvements to blood sugar, energy, weight, and other indicators of health as a result of frequent dining at Aubergine Kitchen.
Now It’s Your Turn
It is our wish to have as many people as possible internalize this challenge, make necessary changes to eating habits, and watch their lives change for the better in the New Year. We hope that taking on this challenge as your New Year resolution in 2023 will convince you that it truly is possible to eat better, feel different.
